What Our Dietary Aide's Do :

  • Set up meal trays, food carts, dining rooms, etc.
  • Set up steam table, serve food in dining as instructed.
  • Assist in checking diet trays before for errors regarding diet and allergy.
  • Deliver and collect foot carts, and trays to and from designated areas.
  • Perform dishwashing / cleaning procedures.
  • Provide assistance to cook and other dietary personnel and service of meals.

    • Qualifications :

  • Knowledge of food handling, prep and service
  • Knowledge of local and state health codes a plus
  • Basic understanding of kitchen cookware and appliances
