- Ability to consistently organize the operation of the building to produce expected results.

- Budgeting
- Create, implement, revise and adhere to a budget
- Rent collection and R4R management
- Supervise financial and material resources

- Leasing & Marketing
- Keep the building occupied and ensure that all paperwork related to Move-in & Move-out is done correctly and on time
- Application process and tenant selection
- Enforcement of governing documents Initiative (Lease, House Rules, Pet Policy, Resident Selection Criteria)

- HAP Compliance & Paperwork
- Ensure the bldg. is in full compliance with the HAP contract (MOR audit) and all related paperwork is done correctly and on time
- Tenant file management, including the Recertification process
- EIV compliance

- Section 8 property management experience preferred
- Experience with Yardi is helpful
- Computer literacy required
- COS/LIHTC certificate preferred
- 10 holidays per year
