The Account Coordinator position is an accessible entry point into the world of commercial printing and packaging. This entry-level position will support Account Managers and play a role in a larger team dedicated to producing successful outcomes for our clients.

Details are critical in custom manufacturing. One wrong detail, and many thousands of dollars and hours of labor will have been wasted as the product does not fit specifications. The Account Coordinator confirms and communicates these critical details internally to production. Working in concert with the Account Manager, the Account Coordinator strives to provide excellent service to the client and assist in any way possible to produce an exceptional product.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Coordinate production, manufacturing and distribution of client material with all departments to ensure total client satisfaction.

  • Coordinate ”pre-sale” development with sales department to include pricing, availability, configuration, profitability, and proposal.
  • Fill out and complete pre-production order specification form, detailing parameters of job.
  • Maintain ongoing contact with clients to receive feedback regarding all aspects of work flow such as shipment dates, special needs, product updates, feasible improvements and problems.
  • Perform all customer service duties to include but not limited to answering customer inquiries regarding account status, product information, and price information.
  • Communicates purchase order confirmation to appropriate individual.
  • Maintain daily update of production schedule, noting any deviations.
  • Receive and respond to inquiries from customers and sales staff regarding technical procedures.
  • Apply knowledge of the company’s physical plant to best meet client needs.
  • Create and maintain customer files with appropriate documentation.
  • Oversee the process of returned parcels as required.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
