Territory:
Western Pennsylvania & Ohio – 3-4 overnights per week Travel 8-10 overnights per month is required
Responsibilities:
The person in this role will be responsible for but not be limited to, managing and growing the sales and customer base for this region.
Track all territory based activities and submit daily sales reports electronically
Call on existing distributors (landscape/mason supply yards) to increase sales.
Prospect NEW distributors (landscape/mason supply yards) to increase sales
A solid understanding of Cambridge Products, technical details and specifications
Ongoing working relationships with hardscape & masonry contractors, teaching them to become more proficient with installation techniques and Cambridge products.
Actively call on Hardscape Contractors, Designers, Landscape Architects & Masons to promote, sell and use Cambridge products.
Desired Skills and Expertise:
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Excellent sales, customer service, and relationship-building skills.
Education/Experience
- 3 years’ work experience in a quota-driven sales position, with a demonstrated history of meeting and exceeding required metrics
- Familiarity with presenting
- An aptitude for prospecting and account management
- Proficient with complex computer software (NetSuite CRM Used)
- Use of Social Media (Facebook and Instagram)
- Hardscape, Paving stone & wall stone experience is a plus but not required.
- A college degree and/or military service is a plus
