What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dog Daycare Attendant position at Camp Run-A-Mutt?
We are getting busy and need extra hands in the Yard!
Camp Run-A-Mutt Dunwoody awarded 2021, 2022 and 2023 Best Dog Daycare/Lodger for the Perimeter Area and Best Daycare/Lodging in Georgia, is looking for hard working, motivated, reliable dog lovers who love being on a winning team to monitor an active play yard. We have "multiple shifts times" throughout the day between 6:30am-7:15pm AND evening shifts until 12:03 am, if you like to work late nights.
Requirements:
- Passionate about dogs and their well-being
- Able to interact positively with dogs of ALL breeds and sizes
- Must be willing to work in a team environment
- Must be able to multi-task in a constantly varied environment
- Must be able to work both weekend days and holidays
- Able to lift/push/pull at least 50 lbs
- Able to stand/walk for extended periods of time
- Able to work outdoors in varying weather and temperatures throughout the year
Dog daycare experience is preferred, but not required. Animal rescue/volunteer work is a plus.
Familiarity with dog body language and breed traits is preferred.
