**Position Summary:**
We're seeking experienced CDL-A Route Drivers to deliver pre-sold products safely and efficiently. You'll enjoy predictable hours and be home every night. Our drivers pick up pre-loaded trucks from our Lansing location, ensuring timely deliveries to our customers. **Shift and Schedule:**
- Monday through Friday- NO WEEKENDS
-Start between 5am- 6:30 am, pending route until route is finished
Average 40 hours per week
- Local routes, predictable pay & schedule, home every night
**Responsibilities:**
- Deliver products to retailers on a set route
- Manually unload trucks using hand dolly or electric pallet jack
- Build rapport with customers
- Ensure load accuracy and stability
- Invoice and collect payments
- Secure company assets
- Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies
- Settle accounts daily
**Preferred Skills and Experience:**
- Minimum 24 years of age with 1 year of Class A commercial driving experience
- Experience with handheld ordering device preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
- Physically able to lift 50 lbs repeatedly
