Cancer Partners of Nebraska is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to assist infusion nurses with patient care, clerical environmental and organizational tasks. You must be a graduate from an accredited CNA program, with the preference of one year of experience in a medical setting.

Key responsibilities Include :
- Patient Care responsibilities as assigned which may include : accompanying patients to infusion suites; assisting patients as needed with walking, transfers, dressing, collecting specimens, collecting patient history, performing screenings per provider guidelines, charting, relaying instructions to patients / families, answering calls and providing pertinent information to infusion nursing staff.
- Clerical responsibilities as assigned which may include determining which medical records are required for patient visits, completing forms / requisitions as needed
- Environmental responsibilities as assigned which may include : setting up / cleaning equipment according to protocol, infusion suites, instruments and equipment between patient visits to maintain infection control, ordering, sorting, storing supplies, restocking.
- Maintains strictest confidentiality
- Other projects / responsibilities as assigned periodically by Director of Clinical Services or Infusion Manager
- Collecting Mixing Room medications from the dock.
