- Perform and maintain all general accounting functions using QuickBooks and Inventorysoftware
- Ability to use various sources to support accounting responsibilities which include analysis, verifications, allocations, reconciliations and / or discrepancyresolution
- Work with other departments to improve various processes which improve and support the organization and General Ledgeraccuracy
- Build and maintain spreadsheets as necessary to standardize the processes and functions of thedepartment
- Responsible for cash management, daily cash reconciliations and bank reconciliations
- Manage vendor payments and cashreceipts
- Maintain all balance sheetreconciliations
- Prepare necessary financials for annualaudit
- Track, build and maintain accurate inventory records and assist with monthlyaudit
- Post invoices, code purchases, and manage companypurchasing
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a corporate accounting environment
- Bachelors degree in Accountingor related field
- Experience working with Xero, Sage, QuickBooks or similiar software
- Ability to handle multiple projects and complete assignedtasks
- Must be and remain compliant with any and all legal or company regulations for working in the cannabisindustry
- Strong accounting knowledge, including an understanding of GAAP, tax requirements, and general auditingprocedures
