POSITION: Business Analyst/Business Continuity Consultant
FULLTIME/PARTTIME: Fulltime
LOCATION: Charlotte, NC 28255
SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday; 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
PAY RANGE: $40.00 – 45.78 hourly

ASSIGNMENT: 02.24.2025 to 08.22.2025
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- As a business continuity consultant, the contractor will be responsible for scheduling and facilitating meetings with line of business Subject Matter Experts to obtain status updates and drive project deliverables.
- The contractor will help develop and update a project plan with the information obtained from the line of businesses, enterprise team, and perhaps technology team.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Candidate must have experience facilitating meetings with various levels of management and be comfortable communicating regulatory requirements and guidance.
- Prior experience in a project management role is preferred.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- MS365/Office
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Project coordination expertise
- Meeting facilitation skills (deal breaker)
WORKING CONDITIONS:
- May on occasion be exposed to loud sounds and distracting noise levels, such as from office equipment.
- The ability to lift up to 30lbs
- Use of computers and technology
