Dependent upon qualifications
$52,960.65 - $61,322.85

Canvas Health is a non-profit, Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) specializing in serving clients who are on Medicaid.
Position Summary
This position performs behavioral health billing, collection and accounts receivable procedures; monitors and maintains documentation regarding payer reimbursement regulations and procedures; and communicates with clients and staff regarding billing and collection matters.
Minimum Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED or higher
- Two (2) years' experience working with health insurance providers (billing, reimbursements, collections) and accounts receivable experience.
- Intermediate experience with Microsoft Excel and basic Word applications
Preferred Qualifications
- Three (3) years billing, reimbursement and collections experience in a mental health organization
- Electronic Health Record systems and billing knowledge
