Landscape Laborer

You’d be responsible for:

• Cutting turf, trimming, and edging along borders, and blowing using power equipment
• Pruning shrubs and low trees to improve the growth habit or remove damaged branches.
• Planting and maintaining flower beds and applying mulch.
• Picking up trash and debris
• Performing weeding by hand or using a garden hoe or hula hoe
• Occasional paving work
• Maintaining a polite, friendly, responsive demeanor with guests and customers

You might be a good fit if:

• You’re at least 18 years old
• Ability to push, pull, carry and lift over 30 pounds multiple times per day.
• 2 year minimum
• Work outdoors in all types of weather conditions and exposure to elements 8 to 10 hours per day.
• You’re enthusiastic and dependable.
• You’re able to safely work with equipment like power saws and cutters
• If you will be driving a company vehicle you must have a clean driving record.
• Position requires consistently moving, walking, stooping and kneeling.
• Frequently walking on uneven terrain. This can include heavy to moderate noise, close proximity to moving equipment or machinery.
• Exposure to materials, tools, herbicides and equipment used in construction and landscaping.

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
