What We Offer
We support our Service Managers both inside and outside of the office and strive to provide a healthy work/life balance.
- Work hours are Monday - Friday 8 am to 5 pm!
- Competitive wage ranges from $55,000 to $65,000 (based on experience) and quarterly bonus opportunity!

- Supervise a team of Field Service Technicians and Delivery/Setup Technicians in a fast-paced, high volume work environment.
- Monitor flow of in-shop equipment and assign machines to technicians to meet various deadlines for returning the equipment to the customer in a timely manner.
- Track and monitor use of loaner equipment.
- Analyze customer service needs, identify improvement opportunities within the service department, and establish goals for the service department.
- Assure proper repair order flow to satisfy warranty/company/business requirements.
- Ensure service calls are completed successfully and timely.
- Complete follow up audits on equipment and technician assignments.
- Establish and maintain high quality customer and team member relationships.
- Participate on hiring team, conduct annual performance evaluations, review salaries, and assist with decisions for team promotion opportunities.
- Ensure technicians receive proper/ongoing training and are utilizing approved service techniques.
- Perform other related duties as assigned
- Some knowledge and interest in copiers, printers, electronics, digital technology, or related fields
- Initiative and a demonstrated desire and ability to learn new information quickly
- Exceptional skills in organization, attention to detail, timely communication, meeting deadlines, and effective prioritization of duties
- Proven background in a fast paced, customer focused environment
- Demonstrated ability to plan, assign, and direct the work of others
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude and ability to maintain professional behavior and appearance
- Ability to operate a motor vehicle, maintain a clean driving record, proof of a valid, unrestricted driver’s license, and current auto insurance for the state in which the job is located
- Ability to lift 75lbs and push/pull heavy equipment with assistance (manual pallet jack, etc.)
- 2-3 years of relevant experience as a lead service technician (preferred).
- 2 years of supervisory experience for one or more employees (preferred).
- High school diploma or equivalent.
