Front Desk Receptionist

Capital City Gardens is currently seeking a full-time evening Receptionist to work daily 8 PM-4 PM and weekends.

Responsibilities include:

• Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone
• Answering or referring inquiries.
• Assist BOM with AP/AR 
• Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories
• Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, collating, faxing, etc.

Candidate should be:

• Strong organizational skills
• Team Player
