What are the responsibilities and job description for the Outside Commercial Sales Consultant position at Capital Coating Inc.?
Capital Coating, Inc. is a commercial construction company helping our clients protect their buildings. Our clients are located in the PA/NJ/MD/DE markets and consist of both small and large business facilities, food plants, medical facilities, schools and more. We provide commercial/industrial roofing, painting and flooring solutions (not product) to most any building problems.
We are seeking an experienced business to business sales rep who is used to consultative selling on jobs that could be $50,000 to $2MM dollars. The preferred person knows how to follow a sales process from lead through close. We do not do bid business so your job is to create opportunities and follow up with leads, develop relationships with companies, help them fix their commercial building problem and grow ongoing accounts.
Very important is we are consultative... we solve customer roof, floor and building problems. We don't sell a product like a transactional or solutions sales person. The sales process is 2 months to 2 years and can be large ticket. We sell to corporations, schools, government and large business so you should be comfortable in this environment selling.
This is a guaranteed competitive salary plus an aggressive commission position earning commissions immediately
