Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facilities maintenance and mechanical knowledge, with the ability to troubleshoot and repair various systems. This role requires a proactive approach to maintaining equipment, ensuring safety, and enhancing the overall functionality of our facilities.

Duties

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC, and other facility equipment.
• Utilize tools such as ohmmeters and logic controllers for diagnostics and troubleshooting.
• Fabricate parts as needed to ensure timely repairs and maintenance.
• Conduct inspections of facilities to identify potential issues before they become significant problems.
• Lead small teams during maintenance projects, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and safely.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
• Execute residential painting tasks as required to maintain aesthetic standards.
• Collaborate with other departments to coordinate maintenance schedules with minimal disruption to operations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to weld and perform electrical repairs.
• Familiarity with CMMS software for tracking maintenance activities.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating leadership when necessary.
• Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing technologies in maintenance practices.

Pay: $12.00 - $13.00 per hour

• Maintenance: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Preferred)

Ability to Commute:

Ability to Relocate:
