Job Title: Lot Attendant/Porter/ Inventory - Service
Reports to: Service Manager, General Manager
Job Description:
- Inventory
- Delivering vehicles to sites, locations and customers as required.
- Greeting customers in a friendly professional manner & escorting them to service advisors.
- Taking repair from Service Advisors to Dispatcher
- Transport customers as required by service department personnel.
- Thoroughly clean (wash & vacuum) service customer vehicles.
- Assisting in maintaining KSRP vehicles; ie fueling and vacuuming
- Maintain internal and external appearance and cleanliness of the dealership service, parts areas and lot.
- Keeping the service drive clear
- Maintaining service department organization.
- Assist with Sales department when needed
- Prepare sold vehicles for delivery
- Move and works to maintain vehicle display and support sales activity
- Other duties assigned by sales manager
- Treats members of the public in a courteous and non-discriminatory manner, and maintains a professional demeanor while on the job. Never use profanity.
- Adheres to the dealership’s sexual harassment/non-discrimination policies and the other policies in the dealership handbook.
- Maintain ongoing compliancy with Car Pros Policies and Procedures via Compli.
- Follow Car Pros standards regarding dress code and carry a professional appearance.
- Wear Car Pros Employee ID Badge daily.
- Performs other tasks as assigned by any member of management.
Vehicles Driven or Moved as Part of the Job:
- Move new or used vehicles for customers.
- Station service vehicles to designated work or completed areas.
- Fueling up new or used vehicles for potential customers to ensure adequate fuel for test drive and pre-purchase purposes.
- New and used car repositioning on sales lots as required for display.
- Other driving as assigned or delivery of parts or miscellaneous items.

Pay: $19-$21/ Hour
