What are the responsibilities and job description for the Automotive Office Clerk position at Cardinale Automotive Group?
Cardinale Automotive Group is looking for a detail oriented individual to join CDJR Morgan Hill! Full time position available and weekends off! Interested applicants should have a minimum of 2 years office experience and a can-do attitude. Automotive experience is a huge plus but we will train someone who is willing to learn the inner workings of the automotive world. This on-site position is located in Morgan Hill, CA.

- Reconcile statements
- Disburse checks
- Balance statements and finalize data
- Follow up on past due accounts and returned checks
- Prepare accounts for payments and verify data in system
- Process contract, payoffs, and flooring.
- Verifies the costs and transactions for each vehicle sale
- Work accurately within state and corporate guidelines.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Preferred AR/AP experience in automotive dealership
- Experience using a dealership management system (DMS)
- Accounting degree (preferred, not required)
- Strong communication skills and eagerness to improve
- Self-starter who can work both independently and with a team
