We are currently seeking a cracker jack Financial Analyst that will provide accurate and data-based information on the company’s profitability, solvency, stability and liquidity. This position will research and analyze financial information to help the company make well informed decisions, write reports and monitor financial movements. This is a Remote position; however, preference will be given to CST and EST applicants. Starting salary range is $70K to $78.5K /yr

Key Responsibilities
- Consolidate and analyze financial data (budgets, income statements, forecasts etc.) considering company goals and financial standing.
- Provide creative alternatives and recommendations to reduce costs and improve financial performance.
- Assemble and summarize data to structure sophisticated reports and PowerPoints on financial status, KPIs, costs, risks, patient statistics, staffing, and other clinical data.
- Develop financial models, conduct benchmarking and process analysis.
- Identify trends, advise company and recommend actions to a senior financial analyst based on sound analysis.
- Assist in the creation of Financial Proformas needed to evaluate the financial viability of new projects or service lines in existing and new markets.
- Track and determine financial status by analyzing actual results in comparison with forecasts.
- Gain and update job knowledge to remain informed about novelty in the field.
- Consult with management to guide and influence long term and strategic decision making within the broadest scope.
- Drive process improvement and policy development initiatives that impact the function.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
- MBA or MHA preferred
- Experience in Healthcare preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience
- Proficient in software applications, UKG Pro experience preferred
- Outstanding presentation, reporting and communication skills
- Proven working experience as a Finance Analyst
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and other applications such as Power BI, SQL, and Tableau
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Outstanding presentation, reporting and communication skills
- Proven knowledge of financial forecasting and diagnosis, corporate finance and information analysis
- Well informed in current financial subjects, accounting, tax laws, money market and business environments
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in data entry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with employees and various departments.
Salary : $70,000 - $78,500
