Care Finders Total Care LLC, a Modivcare Home care company in NJ is looking for a Full Time RN Clinical supervisor in our West new York Branch. The RN field nursing supervisor is responsible to ensure quality and safe delivery of home health Care services such as supervising Certified Home Health Aides in a patient's home, evaluate the patient's plan of care and assess their physical and psychosocial needs.

• Schedule: FT – Monday through Friday 830a-5p
• Office: 443 60th St. West New York, NY 07093
• Salary: up to 85K a year

You will...

• The Registered Nurse administers skilled nursing care for patients requiring professional nursing service.
• Provides patient and family teaching and supervises other members of the health care team.
• Each nurse performs nursing services in accordance with the physician's orders and according to acceptable standards of practice for a registered nurse per the state nursing practice act and under the direction of the Clinical Manager.

We are excited to speak to someone with the following… 

• Current RN NJ License
• 1 year professional experience as an RN in the United States
• Current CPR certification
• Bi-Lingual (Spanish) Required
• Experience in Home Care Nursing Preferred
• Ability to prioritize workload in an appropriate manner.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Able to work in and create a team environment.
• Effective time management and scheduling skills with a certain amount of flexibility
