- Offer companionship and engage clients in social activities to promote emotional well-being.
- Support clients with mobility and transfers, ensuring their safety at all times.
- Implement care plans developed by healthcare professionals and adjust as necessary based on client needs.
- Assist with light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
- Document client progress and report any significant changes to the supervising nurse or social worker.
- Provide hospice care when necessary, ensuring comfort and dignity for end-of-life clients.
