Job Summary:
The CNA - Night Shift Sycamore Care Strategies will be responsible for providing quality care to patients in a long term care facility during the night shift. The ideal candidate will be a Certified Nurse Aide with experience in long term care and the ability to work overnight hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the nursing staff
- Assist with feeding and hydration of patients
- Provide emotional support to patients and their families
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients
- Document patient care activities and report any concerns to the nursing staff
Qualifications:
- Certified Nurse Aide
- Experience in long term care
- Ability to work overnight hours
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail
