This Role Will Be Responsible For :
Driving both organic growth and M&A expansion, leading due diligence efforts and integrating acquisitions.Building a strong executive leadership team, ensuring the right talent is in place for long-term success.Establishing scalable systems and operational processes to improve efficiency, profitability, and cash flow.Expanding service offerings and capturing market share through innovative strategies and business development.Championing a positive, safety-focused, and performance-driven culture that strengthens the company's brand.Working closely with the Board of Directors to execute the company's strategic roadmap.Expectations Will Include :
Leading multi-site, multi-service, and multi-region operations with a hands-on approach.Driving financial performance, ensuring revenue, EBITDA, and cash flow targets are met or exceeded.Overseeing capital planning and budget management, making data-driven financial decisions.Implementing continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma, TPS) to drive operational excellence.Communicating effectively with internal stakeholders, external partners, and financial investors.Aligning business growth with industry best practices and private equity expectations.A Qualified Candidate Will Possess the Following :
15 years of senior leadership experience in commercial services, construction, or related industries.Proven ability to scale businesses, drive M&A transactions, and lead strategic integrations.Experience managing multiple business functions, including Operations, Finance, Sales, HR, and IT.Strong financial acumen, with experience in capital planning, budgeting, and data-driven decision-making.A high-energy, adaptable, and results-oriented leadership style with a focus on team development.Exceptional communication and presentation skills, comfortable engaging with boards, investors, and stakeholders.Prior private equity-backed leadership experience is a plus.A Bachelor's degree in Finance or Business is required; MBA strongly preferred.Ability to be based in Atlanta, Chicago, or the Carolinas.Compensation : Compensation will include base, bonus and equity.
