DUTIES
- Provide excellent customer service
- Sweep and mop floors
- Empty trash, sweep, and clean surfaces
- Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors
- Clean and service restrooms with mops and disinfectants
- Dust furniture and use cleaning solutions to remove stains and clean surfaces
- Complete other general cleaning assignments required of a janitorial maintenance crew member
QUALIFICATIONS
- Must be a minimum of 18 years of age
- Must be able to pass a Federal Background Check
- Must possess janitorial maintenance skills or desire to learn janitorial maintenance skills
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 25 pounds independently
- Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time
- Must be able to pass a drug test, including non-use of marijuana
- Must provide proof of vaccination against COVID-19 or documented religious or medical exemption to apply
