The Assistant Center Standards Officer assists the Center Standards Officer in administering, the center behavior management system
Minimum: High school graduate or equivalent. Two years additional courses in social sciences or related field, one year’s experience working with young adults
Preferred: Job Corps experience
General Information: In order to perform the essential job functions of this position, candidate must have regular attendance
Knowledge Required: Knowledge of disciplinary techniques, excellent communication skills, both oral and written, excellent interpersonal skills; ability to effectively relate to student population, good organizational skills, ability to operate a personal computer, knowledge of word processing software applications, must obtain and maintain CPR/FA certification.
All post offer candidates must complete and pass a background check and drug screen.
