We are looking for a kind, caring and creative staff to work in our home with our 24 yrs old son who is kind, fun and loves to socialize with people and thrives with positive praise and takes pride in accomplishing task. Staff needs to be able to provide respite, help with daily living, implement behavior treatment plan and work within a team environment. Training and support will be provided. *The staff has to have an: * * Experience working with adults with special needs * Ability to transport individual * Ability to follow a behavior plan from a BCBA and work together with other staff * Ability to create daily schedules of activities * Ability to play board games * Ability to engage and implement activities * Animated personality * Ability to teach skills such as cleaning and cooking * Must be able to pass DOJ Job Type: Part-time Salary: *$23 per hour* Schedule: * *Fridays 3:00-9:00 pm* * *Saturdays 3:00-9:00 pm* * *Sundays 8:00 am-3:00 pm* COVID-19 considerations: We require staff to provide proof of COVID vaccination. Application Question(s): * Able to lift a minimum of 20 lbs. load Education: * High school or equivalent (Preferred) Experience: * Caregiving: 1 year (Required) Work Location: One location
