Position Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Lead Caregiver to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for senior care, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to enhancing the quality of life for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional care and support to seniors, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
- Support a team of caregivers, offering guidance, training, and assistance.
- Collaboration with healthcare professionals and family members with clients' personalized care plans.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client care and progress.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 years' experience in senior care or related field.
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) certification preferred.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Compassionate, patient, and empathetic demeanor.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
- Must have valid drivers license and active vehicle insurance.
- Must have reliable transportation.
