Job Overview
As the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring that we deliver outstanding service and maintain high standards of food quality. You will lead our team, manage finances, and foster a positive work environment, all while enhancing the guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations, including staffing, training, and scheduling.
- Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
- Build and maintain a positive team culture, fostering employee engagement and development.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with chefs and kitchen staff to maintain menu quality and innovation.
- Analyze sales trends and make data-driven decisions to drive revenue growth.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a General Manager or in a similar role in the restaurant industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid understanding of financial management and reporting.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Bachelor Degree preferred
