We are seeking a Front Desk associate to join our physical therapy office. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the front desk, including working the front desk staff, scheduling appointments, handling customer service inquiries, and maintaining accurate patient records. You will also be responsible for handling insurance billing and other administrative tasks.
To be successful in this role, you should have a high school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 2 years of experience in a front desk or customer service role. Previous experience managing a team is preferred. You should also have excellent communication and organizational skills and proficiency with computer software, including Microsoft Office and electronic medical records systems. Knowledge of insurance billing and coding is a plus.
