We’re hiring Bilingual Customer Service Representatives for our Northwest Houston area client!
We are looking for experienced, reliable, hard-working employees to join our client’s team!
DESCRIPTION OF YOUR DREAM JOB:
- Job Title: Bilingual Customer Service Representative
- Location: Northwest Houston area
- Pay: $16/hour
- Hours: Monday – Friday, 1st shift 7am-4pm, 2nd shift 8am-5pm, 3rd shift 9am-6pm (2 people needed)
- Duration: Temp-to-hire
- Description of Duties: Busy Northwest Houston area company seeks Bilingual Customer Service Representatives to begin work immediately. This position will process new orders via telephone, email and online customer portal: Allocate material and update order items to show changes. Answer calls from customers; provide appropriate solutions and alternatives. Ensure that all work order material and labor are accurate. Ensure that all required documents are scanned into the system daily. Communicate and coordinate with internal departments (operations, sales, etc.) regarding any issues with orders (measurement requirements, etc.).
- Requirements: Bilingual in Spanish required. Strong customer service orientation and 2 years of experience providing customer support by phone and/or in person preferred. Computer proficiency - data entry, able to correspond effectively via email and perform data input while speaking on the phone.
Detail oriented, self-motivated and organized. Proactive problem solver – takes initiative to identify, research and resolve problems as they arise; willing to help others when needed to solve issues. Experience with Gmail, Google Docs, Sheets and Shared Drive is a plus.
