As a Gaucho at Carnaval Brazilian Grill, you will be the heart of our dining experience.
You will be responsible for preparing and carving a variety of meats tableside for our guests, providing a theatrical and engaging service that celebrates the art of Brazilian churrasco.
Your role will be to ensure each guest enjoys an exceptional dining experience by delivering top-quality service with precision and enthusiasm.
Key Responsibilities :
Meat Preparation : Skewer and grill various cuts of meat, ensuring they are cooked to perfection according to our traditional methods.
Tableside Carving : Serve guests by carving meats tableside, offering suggestions and ensuring each cut is presented beautifully.
Guest Interaction : Engage with guests in a warm and welcoming manner, answering questions about the meats and the rodizio experience.
Quality Control : Monitor meat quality and presentation, ensuring that every skewer meets our high standards before being served.
Team Collaboration : Work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to maintain the flow of service and uphold the restaurant's standards.
Safety & Hygiene : Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations, maintaining a clean and organized work area.
Qualifications :
- Experience in a similar role is preferred, but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate.
- Passion for cooking and serving high-quality food.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and carry skewers for extended periods.
