Our client has an immediate full-time opening for an Administrative Coordinator. They are searching for a person who enjoys dealing with people on a daily basis with professionalism and positivity. This is a daylight temp to hire or direct hire position.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related degree

- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Dependable team player who can multitask and take on new tasks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to staff as needed
- Welcome visitors and handle incoming phone calls with a great demeanor and confidence
- Provide general office/administrative assistance such as creating reports, scanning, faxing, filing, distributing mail and ordering office/vending supplies
- Coordinate the registration, logistics and communications
- Plan and coordinate office luncheons and corporate events
- Maintain schedules for conference rooms for our staff and tenants
- Ensure the facility is always looking its best for team members and customers
- Provide support for other departments as needed, including recruiting, sales and marketing
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
