Our client has an immediate full-time opening for an Administrative Coordinator. They are searching for a person who enjoys dealing with people on a daily basis with professionalism and positivity. This is a daylight temp to hire or direct hire position.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related degree
  • Self-motivation to learn new things
  • Positive attitude with exceptional customer-service orientation
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
  • Dependable team player who can multitask and take on new tasks
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to staff as needed
  • Welcome visitors and handle incoming phone calls with a great demeanor and confidence
  • Provide general office/administrative assistance such as creating reports, scanning, faxing, filing, distributing mail and ordering office/vending supplies
  • Coordinate the registration, logistics and communications
  • Plan and coordinate office luncheons and corporate events
  • Maintain schedules for conference rooms for our staff and tenants
  • Ensure the facility is always looking its best for team members and customers
  • Provide support for other departments as needed, including recruiting, sales and marketing

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year

Education:
