Job Responsibilities:
- Accurate Measurements: Measure crawl doors, chimney caps, and other specialty items to ensure the correct dimensions for ordering and installation.
- Material Handling: Pick up materials for job sites and coordinate timely deliveries.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect delivered materials to confirm quality and accuracy.
- Logistics Coordination: Schedule the delivery and pickup with partners to ensure smooth project flow.
- Communication: Keep the project manager informed of project details, progress, and updates.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Production team and vendors to maintain project timelines.
- Customer Relations: Serve as a point of contact between subcontractors, customers, and the project manager to ensure clear communication and a positive experience for all parties involved.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bilingual: Fluency in both English and Spanish is a strong advantage in communicating with a diverse range of clients and subcontractors.
- Experience: Prior experience measuring doors, windows, and specialty items is a plus but not required.
- Dependability: Reliable transportation is essential, as well as a clean background and driving record.
- Education: A High School Diploma or GED is required. Completion of some coursework in construction trade school is a plus.
Compensation:
- Pay: $15 per hour, with future opportunities for growth and advancement based on performance.
- Gas mileage reimbursement
