Duties
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve territory goals.
- Conduct cold calls and follow up on leads to generate new business opportunities.
- Engage in B2B sales activities, focusing on building long-term relationships with clients.
- Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing customer interactions, and analyzing sales data.
- Perform outside sales activities, including client meetings and presentations.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align strategies and maximize outreach efforts.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential areas for growth.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Requirements
- Proven experience in direct sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Strong understanding of territory management principles and techniques.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability in cold calling and generating leads independently.
- Technical sales experience is a plus, particularly in understanding product specifications and benefits.
- Strong analytical skills to assess market conditions and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
