Carousel Preschool is an NAEYC accredited early care and educational program in Norwalk, CT. Carousel follows the shared decision-making model of education that promotes collaboration and opportunities for leadership among all who are involved with the program. Toddler Teachers are involved as decision makers in the program's organization.

**Requirements when applying for the Toddler Teaching Position:

We are seeking a toddler teacher that is intentional and will bring their creative and positive interpersonal skills to the toddler children, families, and staff as part of our team. Toddler candidates must have at least 1 year of teaching experience in a toddler early childhood classroom environment. A CDA plus 12 credits or an Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or in a relevant field is required, but will consider candidates who are serious about pursuing a CDA or higher. Toddler candidates should have knowledge in and practice using developmentally appropriate practices for toddler aged children.
