Local CPA firm seeking career minded individual to fill a full time position in our bookkeeping and payroll department. Candidate must be dependable, detail oriented and able to handle multiple deadlines. Primary duties include maintaining accurate books on accounts payable and receivable, payroll, daily financial entries and reconciliations, and performing daily accounting tasks such as monthly financial reporting, financial statement compilation, general ledger entries, and record payments and adjustments. Candidate must handle all client relations with complete confidentiality.
This is a permanent position and prior bookkeeping and payroll experience is preferred. Knowledge of QuickBooks, Excel, and Accounting CS Software would be preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
