Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative. This role is crucial in providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of daily office activities. The ideal candidate will possess strong computer literacy and be proficient in managing calendars, handling clerical tasks, and facilitating communication within the organization.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain calendar, scheduling appointments and meetings efficiently.
- Prepare, file, and organize documents using various software tools, including DocuSign for electronic signatures.
- Serve as the first point of contact at the front desk, answering phone, greeting visitors and managing inquiries professionally.
- Data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies inventory.
- Skilled in MS Excel is for reports, data entry and management
- Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare itineraries as needed.
- Ensure effective communication across departments by relaying information accurately and promptly.
- Managing shipping/receiving of program and event materials.
Qualifications
- 2-3 years of proven experience in an administrative role or similar position is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Strong organizational skills with an ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of computer literacy with a keen attention to detail.
