Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all Optical operations at our two locations (Carrboro and Chapel Hill) to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Train, mentor, and supervise optical staff, ensuring they meet company standards.
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and emergencies professionally and efficiently.
• Ensure accurate ordering and reconciling for accounting purposes.
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance guest experience.
• Implement and maintain optical policies and procedures.
• Monitor and manage inventory of frame boards and supplies.

Requirements:

• 3 years of optical experience
• 3 years of managing and training a customer facing team
• Managing high phone volume
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Computer proficiency
• Outstanding customer service skills.
• College degree or training certification equivalent preferred
