Job Overview:
We are looking for a friendly, organized Receptionist to be the face of our shop. you'll handle customer check-ins, calls, scheduling, insurance paperwork, and CCC ONE updates, ensuring a smooth experience from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet customers and provide excellent service.
• Answer calls, schedule appointments, and update CCC ONE.
• Assist with insurance paperwork and claims processing.
• Keep customers informed on repair progress.
• Handle payments and maintain a tidy front office.
Requirements:
• Auto body or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and multitasking skills.
• Familiarity with CCC ONE is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
