What is the Job All About?
As a Driver Ambassador for Mercer MOVES, you will operate Tesla Model Y vehicles within designated service areas. Beyond driving, you will engage with passengers, share insights about our vehicles, and ensure an enjoyable ride experience. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy driving, interacting with people, and giving back to their community.
Responsibilities:
Provide reliable transportation for residents and visitors.
Enhance the passenger experience with friendly, high-quality service.
Ensure safe and efficient rides while maintaining exceptional customer service standards.
Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections, ensuring cleanliness and readiness of the vehicle.
What Do You Need to Bring?
Required:
A minimum of 3 years of safe driving experience with a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
Strong customer service skills and enthusiasm for working with the public.
High standards for maintaining a respectful and friendly atmosphere within the vehicles.
Proficiency with technology, such as smartphones and GPS applications.
Physical capability to stand, sit, walk, and occasionally lift up to 25 lbs.
Not Required, But a Plus
A CDL with a P (Passenger) Endorsement and Q (Under 16 Passenger Vehicle) Restriction is a plus. We can work with candidates who do not have a CDL to obtain a CDL.
Availability for night and weekend shifts is preferred.
