What are the responsibilities and job description for the Manager of Outpatient Rehabilitation - Monrovia position at Casa Colina Hospital and Centers for Healthcare?
Oversees the daily operations of the Monrovia clinic to include the optimal delivery of quality therapeutic services to all patient/clients. With the oversight from the Director this position’s Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: budgets, compliance, recruitment, education, program development, marketing. Treats patients in own professional background, as requested. Demonstrates knowledge of growth and development and the ability to access and interpret age-specific data and incorporate into patient care.
Qualifications:
- Must have formal education in a professional rehabilitation specialty; hold the appropriate degree(s), and possess the necessary license/certificate relevant to the discipline in order to practice specialty in the State of California
- Thorough knowledge of JC AHO, Title 22 and medi-care guidelines for rehabilitation
- Experience: Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a rehabilitation field; at least one (1) year of work in a multidisciplinary rehabilitation hospital utilizing a programmatic approach is required; two (2) years with supervisory experience; one (1) year of work experience within Casa Colina or equivalent is required
- CPR/AED certification is required. Applicants with current BLS may be hired, but must obtain AHA CPR/AED within thirty days of employment.
Annual Pay Range : $120,000-$130,000
Salary : $120,000 - $130,000
