Key Responsibilities :
- Evaluate patients / residents by collecting data, observing conditions, and reporting any changes.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and planning of care.
- Administer medications and carry out treatments as prescribed.
- Supervise and monitor the care provided by unlicensed staff.
