What are the responsibilities and job description for the Investment Banking Associate position at Cascade Partners?
Located in our Southfield, Michigan office, the Associate will dive into a range of exciting transaction work. You'll develop and refine complex financial models, conduct thorough general and technical research, and craft compelling offering and investment memoranda. Your role will also include performing detailed analyses, executing due diligence, and supporting all facets of Cascade's investment banking operations.
As an Associate, you'll take the lead on specific transaction components, guiding and mentoring the Analyst team to ensure smooth workflow completion. You'll collaborate closely with Cascade's Managing Directors, Directors, and Vice Presidents, gaining valuable insights and expertise while sharing your perspectives. Moreover, this role offers the unique opportunity to interact directly with senior-level executives at client companies, providing you with unparalleled exposure and experience in the industry.

Education & Experience
Undergraduate degree required/ MBA is a strong advantage

Compensation
Position’s compensation commensurate with experience and will be eligible to participate in Cascade's incentive compensation/bonus program. Benefit package includes health care, dental, vision, life insurance, short- & long-term disability, FSA, HSA and 401K.
