We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Director of Nursing In-Training. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the nursing staff and ensuring the highest level of patient care is provided.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Director of Nursing in managing the nursing department
- Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
- Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff
- Monitor patient care and ensure quality standards are met
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Participate in the recruitment and retention of nursing staff
- Provide ongoing training and development to nursing staff
- Maintain accurate and complete records
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) required, Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) preferred
- Active nursing license in [Insert state]
- Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience, with a goal of serving s in a leadership role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and healthcare laws

Requirements
Education
Graduate of accredited school of nursing, BSN or MSN preferred.
Licenses/Certification
Valid RN license in the state employed.
Valid CPR certification.

Salary : $80,000 - $90,000
