A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN INTERNAL SALES ASSOCIATE

A typical day in this role involves daily communication with eight assigned Area Managers, cold calling prospective and current customers via phone and email, maintaining the accuracy of our CRM, and assisting with sending out invitations for dinner programs. The primary focus of this position is on contacting and engaging prospective and current physicians and their offices to schedule meetings for the assigned Area Managers. Additionally, the role requires close collaboration with field colleagues to ensure seamless operations and effective communication.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum Requirements
  • Must have a high school diploma or equivalent GED.
  • Highly motivated with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Team player with a positive attitude, who can also work independently.
  • Strong time management skills, being able to prioritize and divide time among several tasks.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Possess a professional phone voice and excellent phone etiquette.
  • Ability to learn our services and product portfolio.
  • Actively demonstrate characteristics that support the mission, vision, and values of Castle Biosciences.

• 1 to 2 times a year when needed.

• Traditional office environment. Schedule: M - F in office in Friendswood, TX. (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM)
