Position Summary
Catalyst Behavioral Services has a new and exciting Women’s Facility opening in South Oklahoma City. This position will be a member of the clinical services team at the Catalyst Behavioral Services South location (formerly Jordan’s Crossing location). Resident advisors provide milieu support and continuity for Catalyst residential programs, assist in maintaining order and security, applying milieu rules, and ensuring consumer safety and accountability.
Essential Functions
- Conducts room inspections. Knows which clients are in which rooms.
- Conducts roll calls.
- May collect urine samples and/or use breathalyzer to test for drugs or alcohol. Accurately completes associated paperwork.
- Conducts emergency drills and accurately completes associated paperwork.
- Conducts security checks/room checks during evening/overnight shifts.
- Monitors client medications in accordance with agency policy and procedure.
- Attends staff meetings when on-duty or otherwise required.
- May accept consumer payments, generate receipts and place money in on-site safe.
- May distribute consumer mail.
- Mediates between consumers when necessary.
- Alerts supervisor of any pertinent information regarding persons on their caseload.
- Alerts supervisor of any problems.
- Monitors consumers and visitors coming and going.
- Greet visitors, politely asks their business, and explains any applicable restrictions.
- May inspect consumer belongings upon arrival.
- May answer the phones.
- May use company vehicles to transport consumers to outside meetings, shopping, conferences, medical appointments, etc.
- Education and awareness on core competencies in relation to individuals with co-occurring disorders to be addressed in training activities.
- All other duties as assigned.

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Evening shift
- Night shift
- Overnight shift
- Weekends as needed
