As our Manager of IT Applications in Naperville, IL, you will lead a team of developers and analysts with responsibilities for the day-to-day management of enterprise applications across all departments. You will also be expected to provide vision, leadership, planning, and coordination for the design, development, testing, and release of all IT applications projects and service desk requests. To be successful in the role, you must possess strong business acumen, communication skills, technical expertise, leadership qualities, problem-solving abilities, project management skills, flexibility, collaboration skills, and capacity to mentor and develop team members. Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Information Technology/Systems or strongly related area of study and at least 5 years of experience required, or a combination of education and experience.
The expected hiring range will be $125,000 - $150,000/annual and will depend on a variety of factors to include, but not limited to, location, experience, education, skill level, and other relevant factors. Our workweek is based on 36.25 hours.
