What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Representative position at Cavalier Cleaners?
cavalier cleaners is looking for a part time customer service representative. this position involves taking in customers orders to be cleaned as well as cashing customers out at time of pickup. We also will show you how to clean and package comforters and some other small items that can be washed and dryed. We are looking for someone to work part time during the week mainly 4pm-7pm, occasionally 2pm-7pm, we are closed on Sundays, we split Saturdays. Sometimes you might work 8am - 12noon or 12noon - 5pm. You will not work every Saturday, sometimes only once a month. We make the schedule a month out at a time so everyone can put in requests off as needed. We pay weekly and are closed every major holiday. We give $1 raise after 90 days without a call off. This position is mainly customer service along with cleaning comforters and wash and fold items.
