Weekend RN

We are seeking a compassionate and empathetic Registered Nurse (RN) for home health and hospice care, working weekends only (Friday/Saturday/Sunday). This role involves providing one-on-one patient care in their homes, covering incoming calls, and making necessary patient visits.

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate services with a multidisciplinary team and the patient's physician.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patient needs.
• Initiate and revise care plans as needed.
• Provide wound care, IV therapy, medication management, and hospice care.
  
  

Qualifications

• Current RN license and nursing degree from an accredited school.
• Preferred experience in home health, hospice, or acute care.
• Strong clinical, assessment, and documentation skills.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel.
