Desired candidate must have .commercial project management in Schools, Universities, Health Care, Correctional Facilities, etc
In this role, you will oversee our commercial Plumbing & HVAC installation projects from the planning stage right through to completion, while ensuring that our team stays on track to bring projects in on time and within budget. The role will report into the primary headquarters on a daily basis. This is not a remote or hybrid role.
Essential Job Functions:
- Meet with Vice President to plan, organize and staff key field positions.
- Establish project objectives, policies, procedures and performance standards with VP of Operations.
- Set up a pre-planning meeting with VP Operations, field superintendent, estimators, purchasing, engineer, foreman, and detailing.
- Work with Purchasing on all equipment and material buyout.
- Manage financial aspects of the contract. Prepare a cost-to-complete report once a month and review with Vice President-Field Operations and Chief Financial Officer
- Prepare a monthly billing for General Contractor or Owner.
- Prepare monthly subcontractor billing
- Represent company in project meetings
- Meet weekly with field staff to review project.
- Document pending problems and advise management.
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word
- Detail oriented and highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities
- Highly motivated, flexible, and positive, professional demeanor
- Must have HVAC & Plumbing Project Management Experience
Qualifications
- Minimum five years’ Plumbing & HVAC direct work experience in a project management capacity including all aspects of process development and execution
- Must have clean driving

Salary Range - $90,000- $110,000
