General Description:
Responsible for calibrating, installing, troubleshooting, maintaining and repairing electronic, pneumatic and hydraulic oil and gas process instrumentation control systems. This work is often done in an
“online” situation and is sometimes done in a laboratory or bench-type situation.

This is local, home every night work on the Kenai Peninsula, around Kenai area.
Essential Duties & Job Functions:

- Ensure a safe work environment.
- Participate in CCI's STEPBACK safety program and stay compliant with online training modules in Virtual Training Assistant (EHS). Review and comply with the various Client's safety programs.
- Your responsibility includes representing the Company in a professional manner at all times.
- Responsible for calibrating, installing, troubleshooting, maintaining and repairing electronic, pneumatic and hydraulic oil and gas process instrumentation control systems. This work is often done in an “on line” situation and is sometimes done in a laboratory or bench-type situation.
- Expected to maintain, repair and install the following equipment, including but not limited to:
1. Panel and field devices, pressure, level and temperature switches and transmitters associated with gas compression/power generation packages.
2. Flow Measurement: Experience in calibration of high accuracy Flow, Pressure and Temperature transmitters required. Experience Rosemont, Fisher and Taylor Electronic/Pneumatic transmitter/recorders. The candidate must be knowledgeable in measuring device maintenance for items such as gas and liquid turbine meters, orifice meters, thermocouple and RTD devices. Experience with Daniel and Rosemont measuring devices is desirable.
3. Heater Controls: Experience in direct and indirect fired heaters combustion controls.
4. Well Controls: Experience in pneumatic and hydraulic well control systems. Stainless Steel tube bending.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Knowledge of documentation, equipment specifications and detailed instrument/electrical loop data.
- Knowledge of technical drawing and documentation system.
- Ability to read and understand job descriptions, safety manuals and safety warning signs.
- Skilled in oral communication.
- Ability to give and receive oral safety warnings, instructions and task assignments
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
- Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
- Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles in a field office environment. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.

Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Graduate from a two (2) year technical school will be accepted in lieu of two (2) years' work experience.
- A current OSHA 10-hour training is required.
- A valid driver's license is required.

- LIFTING: Must be able to routinely lift up to 50 pounds from floor to waist, 50 pounds from waist level to shoulder height and carry 50 pounds for 20 feet.
- RANGE OF MOTION: An objective range of motion measurement will be conducted and recorded using a five position and rapid exchange grip strength test during the pre-hire/post offer FCE.
